Daily rituals (also referred to as routines) are a mainstay in an Ayurvedic lifestyle.
This course will focus on creating daily, sustainable rituals that will help reduce stress, increase energy and allow us to maintain mind-body balance.
We will discuss the cycles of nature and how we can use that knowledge to create healing rituals that help us to live in accordance with nature at any stage in our lives.
