This class introduces a variety of mild to active meditation techniques and breathing exercises aimed to increase awareness, self-integration and restore balance from emotional wreckage and the demands of day-to-day rigor of life. Class includes meditation in nature, walking meditation and basic Kundalini yoga technique. All levels welcome.
